By accessing and using Three60 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Three60 provides free online tools including image processing (compression, format conversion), Markdown-to-PDF conversion, and other web utilities. The Service is provided at no cost and does not require user registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or exploit non-public areas of the Service.

4. File Processing

When you upload files to Three60 for processing:

• You retain all ownership rights to your files.
• Files are processed on our servers and temporarily stored for download.
• All uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• We do not review, access, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the requested processing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption.
• Processing results will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Files will not be lost during processing (always keep your original files).
• The Service will be free of errors or defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three60 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from file processing errors.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
